Latest news from the Pursuit Agency
Wiltshire entrepreneur Rob Curtis who set up the Pursuit Agency just over two years ago has been shortlisted for four awards in the upcoming TBE Awards.
Rob, who lives in Swindon, and his team have been shortlisted as Best Start of the Year 2024; Going For Growth; Using Tech To Transform Business and his colleague Belle Brooks has been shortlisted in the Rising Star Award.
“Being shortlisted in four categories of these new awards which celebrate businesses across the South West is humbling,” Rob said.
“When I started out on my own two years ago, I could not have predicted how this journey would go and what a wonderful rollercoaster this would be.”
The TBE Awards, held in partnership with headline sponsor Thrings, celebrate innovation and entrepreneurship across Bath & North East Somerset and Swindon & Wiltshire. There were more than 130 entries across 14 categories. The TBE Awards are making their debut this year, marking the inaugural celebration of excellence within the region’s business community.
These new awards are designed to build upon the legacy of the highly successful Techies awards, which ran for six years and have now evolved.
The entries were judged by panel of business owners including; Kate Westbrook, Partner & Head of Commercial at Thrings; Paddy Bradley MBE, Director at No 11 Consultants Ltd; Michelle Pow, Business Development Manager at School of Management, University of Bath; Debbie Gilbert, Director of Viva Business Support; Kat Wellum-Kent, Founder of Fractional Finance; James Eades, Managing Director of Systemagic; Emma Carter, Director of Membership Business West; Mirabelle Stobbs, Programme Manager at Swindon Council; Ali Hadavizadeh, Business Support Specialist at Acorn Biz Solutions and Fiona Scott, TBE feature writer and owner of Scott Media.
Award winners will be announced at a celebration event on Thursday 17th October at Cumberwell Park, Bradford on Avon. For more information about Rob Curtis and his team visit https://thepursuitagency.com/
