More international recognition for Wiltshire-based KR HR and Training Consultancy

KR HR and Training Consultancy Limited, based in Corsham, has received yet another award – this time for being HR and Training Specialists of the Year in the UK category of the International Elite 100 Awards.
The IE 100 Awards were established with the prime objective of honouring the achievements of global talent, across all areas of business. Nominations are submitted by customers and clients with nominees shortlisted via scrutiny and assessment by the IE Awards team. Five nominees are shortlisted and winners are only chosen based on merit and achievement.
Michael Kelly, Operations Manager, International Elite 100 Awards explained

“Our awards are structured to showcase the extraordinary power to lead from the front and honour all those who strive harder to achieve quality.”

Kathryn Roynon, director of KR HR and Training Consultancy shows these attributes in all she does which is demonstrated within the many testimonials she has received from her varied client base. This latest award was received after she was nominated by a delegate from one of the number of HR Masterclasses that Kathryn has run on behalf of the Swindon and Wiltshire Growth Hub. Chris Stevens, Head of Business Support at the Swindon and Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership Ltd said

“We are so pleased that Kathryn and her team have won this prestigious award, particularly as she was nominated by an attendee at one of the Masterclasses that she runs on behalf of the Growth Hub.  All the feedback received from attendees has been positive, and Kathryn’s delivery style is helpful to all sizes of businesses.  The ‘How to remove the Fear from difficult HR conversations’ Masterclass has been so popular we have had to schedule a third session (on 10 October) alongside our other business-focussed Masterclasses and events.  Congratulations Kathryn”.

Whilst the awarding body doesn’t confirm who nominates each winner, they did advise that the nomination ended with the following recommendation which is testament to the effectiveness of Kathryn’s keen interest and assistance given to her clients.

“I highly recommend Kathryn and her company for HR Training. She definitely deserves an award for the way she has helped my company.”

Having learnt of the nomination, Kathryn said

“I’m passionate about supporting businesses to achieve their goals by getting their people practices right. Delivering HR masterclasses with Swindon & Wiltshire Growth Hub has enabled me to support a wide range of business owners and managers to develop the skills and confidence they need to create thriving teams and I can’t wait to repeat the session again in October.”

KR HR and Training Consultancy Ltd enables small to medium sized organisations to flourish with positive people practices. The team helps businesses achieve their goals through recruiting, managing and developing staff successfully and ensuring HR processes, employee communications and culture are effective.
