Bath’s Kingsmead Square is thriving as businesses queue up to be part of its success

Bustling Kingsmead Square, in the heart of Bath, continues to grow in popularity as a location for businesses – not only in the food and drink sector but increasingly in other exciting new areas.

Bath property company HPH has experienced strong interest in its Kingsmead Square properties from companies eager to be part of the area’s success. HPH already hosts a number of hospitality businesses including Society Café, The Dark Horse and Dough Pizza, and the latest new arrival at 10 Kingsmead Square is The Clinic, part of an emerging wellness and beauty presence in the area.

The Clinic specialises in transformative beauty treatments, including dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, lip fillers and other aesthetic services. “I am excited to be joining the community at Kingsmead Square,” says Chelelle Punshon, founder of The Clinic. “I’ve already received such a positive response and warm welcome. I cannot wait to open the doors to The Clinic early summer and hope to see you all on opening day.”

“We’re delighted to welcome The Clinic to Kingsmead Square,” comments Katie Holdoway, Executive Director of HPH, which owns and operates the building. “There’s a real sense of energy and excitement in the area today, and it’s clearly a highly sought-after location as we had a lot of competition for no. 10.”

Kingsmead Square continues to be a hub of business activity of different kinds, with a thriving array of cafes, restaurants and bars at ground level and numerous businesses located on the floors above – all keen to be part of this success story.

Tim Brooksbank of Carter Jonas acted for HPH Ltd in the letting.
