We’re recruiting: Head of Grants

We’re looking for a strategic leader to guide our grant-making. This senior role will shape funding strategies that expand equitable access to land-based learning, green skills and outdoor learning across the UK, while building partnerships and collaborations that amplify impact across the sector.

If you’re a strategic thinker and relationship-builder who can help drive innovative, place-responsive approaches to environmental, social and learning outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

– Hybrid working considered
– £50k–£53k
