Leading branding, design and digital agency Jazzbones Creative is celebrating working with more 150 clients – many of them several times – in its 20 years in business.
The Swindon-based company, which specialises in branding, website design and digital marketing has also created thousands of projects in that time, ensuring its clients keep pace with the fast-changing digital marketing world.
Founded in 2005, by design expert Nathan Sandhu, the team work with clients for ten years plus on average, and for some have refined and updated their brand or websites several times. Recently, they launched a new website on the WordPress CMS platform for specialist IT services provider GHS IT UK, updating the original they created over twelve years ago.
“At Jazzbones, we’ve always believed the strongest results come from long-term partnerships,” said Nathan. “When you work alongside a client for years, you build trust, insight, and a shared vision that allows their brand to evolve in step with their business.”
This commitment to lasting client relationships is evident with long-standing clients like Coate Water Care, for whom Jazzbones has successfully designed and built three iterations of their websites over time as their business has grown.
Nathan said websites needed updating to reflect changes in businesses, and – critically – to keep pace with ever-evolving technology.
“We had the big change a few years ago to making websites mobile-friendly, yet some businesses still haven’t made that change,” he warned. “Failing to update compromises a site’s loading speed and its ability to be found by users and search engines.”
The newest imperative is making websites AI-friendly. Jazzbones is incorporating this into all new sites and updating existing ones so they can be crawled by AI. Nathan added: “Being AI friendly is now just as essential for a website to be found, as it is to be Google friendly.”
Jazzbones offers a suite of branding and digital marketing services, supporting clients across a wide and diverse range of sectors, including property, automative, travel and non-profit. For more about Jazzbones Creative, visit https://jazzbones.co.uk/
