Woodland Ranger to join Estates team in Gloucestershire

We’re recruiting a Woodland Ranger to join our Estates team in Gloucestershire

At the Ernest Cook Trust, we see a future where land and lives enrich each other – a future where anyone can find their place, purpose and potential through connections to thriving land.

This role is central to that vision, helping to care for and enhance our woodlands and habitats while ensuring the estates remain accessible and safe for all.

The role involves:
– Woodland management and tree safety
– Habitat enhancement to support wildlife
– Maintaining footpaths and bridleways for safe public access
– Supporting conservation projects and on-site contractors
If you enjoy practical, hands-on work and want to make a real difference to the landscapes people and wildlife depend on, this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team.

– Application deadline Sunday 8 February
