The Roman Baths is looking for a passionate and creative Learning Workshop Leader to join our Learning & Participation team on a maternity cover contract.

If you love making learning meaningful, engaging, and fun for children, families, and community groups, this part-time role could be perfect for you. You’ll help deliver hands-on sessions, support curriculum-linked learning, and bring history to life in one of the UK’s most iconic heritage sites.

– Location: The Roman Baths
– Hours: 19.5 per week (Weds, Thurs & alternate Fridays)
– Salary: £34,434 – £37,280 pro rata
– Closing date: 18 December 2025
– Interview date: 6 January 2026

We’re looking for someone with:
• Experience leading learning in museums or galleries
• Knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Confidence handling museum objects
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A passion for engaging both children and adults
