Swindon-based event production company delivers conference for global brand

Swindon-based event production company, CPG (Costello Production Group) has joined the growing number of local businesses that have successfully expanded onto the global stage, working with recognised brands across a range of high-profile projects.

CPG has recently delivered Carlsberg Britivic’s first employee conference, following the company’s debut in January 2025. CPG was responsible for the entire event’s technical production, providing staging, lighting, audio, live camera operation, and a 20-metre LED video wall.

The conference brought together over 700 employees from across the newly formed business and served as an internal platform to communicate the organisation’s strategy and success. CPG worked alongside stakeholders and event organisers to deliver the direction and technical infrastructure required for the event.

Vicky Gregory, Head of Brands and Corporate Communications at Carlsberg Britvic said:

“Creating a strong and lasting impression from the moment our delegates arrived was essential and CPG were exceptional from start to finish.

“From initial concept and design through to delivery, the service provided was impeccable. The team demonstrated real flexibility and took time to fully understand our objectives, ensuring the solutions they delivered were perfectly aligned to our needs. Delegate feedback has been extremely positive, with many commenting on how spectacular the conference was. The expertise, professionalism and commitment of the CPG team was a key driver to the overall success of our conference”.

You can find out more about how CPG delivered the Carlsberg Britvic event by visiting their website.

Alongside its work with Carlsberg Britvic, CPG has successfully delivered projects for The Society of Acute Medicine, partnered with emc3 as the production partner on behalf of The British Society of Rheumatology, and supported a variety of local events for organisations such as Create Studios and Prospect Hospice.

Founded in 2021 by Evan Costello, CPG has grown into a coordinated team of project managers, production managers, designers and AV technicians who believe in doing things the right way. It operates as one: steady in high‑pressure moments, thoughtful in planning and transparent from the very first conversation. This unified approach is what turns complex events into a process that feels calm, structured and refreshingly uneventful.

Since its formation, CPG has invested in expanding its equipment offering and production capabilities, allowing it to deliver larger-scale events whilst remaining close to the heart of each project. As demand for live and hybrid events continues, CPG is planning further growth with continued investment in technology, equipment and personnel to support their projects throughout the UK.

Evan Costello, Founder of CPG said:

“Our focus has always been on providing event production that feels effortless for our clients.

Working with global organisations such as Carlsberg Britvic reflects the progress we’ve made as a business and the trust placed in our team. We’re excited to see what the future holds.”
