Families can enjoy free activities throughout the October break, alongside an extra 20% off at participating brands during The Plus Event
Frasers Plus Designer Outlet Swindon is helping families make the most of the October half-term with a packed programme of free activities, creative workshops and seasonal surprises running from Monday 19th to Saturday 31st October.
Kicking off the half-term fun, the outlet will launch its spooky Haribo Trail on Monday 19th October. Families are invited to search for hidden Haribo characters in shop windows throughout the outlet, before returning their completed trail sheet to the Haribo store to receive 10% off and a sweet surprise.
The programme continues on Saturday 24 October, when NFU farmers will take over Train Street with a tractor, giving little ones the chance to learn more about where their food comes from and meet the people behind British farming.
Creative youngsters can then get into the Halloween spirit with bracelet-making workshops from 12pm to 4pm on Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th October. On Wednesday 28th October, families can enjoy a day of panto-themed crafting with Wyvern Theatre from 10am to 5pm.
Alongside the family fun, shoppers can also stock up on autumn, winter and Christmas essentials for less during The Plus Event, taking place on Thursday 29th and Friday 30th October. Participating stores, including Belstaff, Ben Sherman, Boss, Calvin Klein, Lacoste, M&S, Tommy Hilfiger and White Stuff, will offer an extra 20% off on top of everyday outlet prices across the two days – giving visitors even more reason to make a day of it.
Families visiting later in the week can combine the activities with The Plus Event on Thursday 29th and Friday 30th October, before the celebrations conclude with free face painting outside Chopstix from 12pm to 4pm on Saturday 31st October.
