Safari Trail comes to Swindon Town Centre

InSwindon BID launch four-week free family trail in Town Centre

Local Business Improvement District (BID) company, inSwindon BID has launched a Spring Safari Trail in the Town Centre, operating from Monday 28th March to Sunday 24th April 2022.

Designed to help attract additional visitors to the Town Centre, the Safari Trail features ten animal characters, as well as several activities to take part in throughout the period. The Spring Safari Trail booklet, including the trail maps and exclusive Explorer Special Offers from Lamaya, Love Brownies & Fillerz are available to collect from the following locations: The Crossing, Brunel Shopping Centre, Love Brownies, Faringdon Road, Nationwide, Regent Street, Forces Support Shop, Regent Street & Swindon Hub, The Parade.

Commenting on the launch of the trail Peter Jones, Manager of Nationwide said: ‘The Safari Trail is fun and entertaining for all ages, with an educational twist for our younger visitors. A great way of attracting more people into the Town Centre.’

Along with exploring the town centre in search of the amazing animals, grabbing a selfie and collecting the fascinating facts, the younger explorers can take part in various Arts and Crafts experiences, from Safari-based sand activities to designing animal-themed magnets.

The Spring Safari Trail is supported by the Government’s Welcome Back Fund, via Swindon Borough Council.
