We’re looking for a Retail Sales & Weighbridge Supervisor to join our team!
– Based in Whitminster, GL2 7PD
– Full Time – Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm plus 2 Saturday mornings per month, 8:00am–12:00pm
– Competitive salary: £34,000–£38,000
The Role:
You’ll play a vital role in managing our daily retail operations and overseeing weighbridge activities at our busy aggregates and weighbridge sales counter.
This is a varied and energetic role where you’ll:
• Lead customer interactions and provide excellent service
• Ensure smooth and efficient sales processes
• Coordinate and plan deliveries
• Oversee weighbridge operations
• Work closely with the yard team to maintain operational efficiency and safety
• Help create a welcoming and professional environment for customers
We’re looking for someone with enthusiasm, excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach who enjoys working with both customers and a busy operational team.
