Join the team at the Roman Baths as our new Conservation Manager

Are you passionate about protecting historic places and preserving our shared heritage for future generations? We’re looking for an experienced conservation specialist to care for one of the UK’s most iconic archaeological sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity to:

  • Lead on the conservation of a UNESCO World Heritage Site
  • Work alongside a dedicated Collections team
  • Oversee our Conservation Action Plan and liaise with Historic England
  • Get hands-on with preservation, cleaning, and environmental monitoring

Full-time, permanent

  • Based at the Roman Baths (with some hybrid working possible)
  • Closing date: 22 August 2025
  • Interviews: 29 August 2025
