James Cleveland joins Bower Bailey Solicitors

James Cleveland has joined the team at Bower Bailey Solicitors. James is a partner in the Swindon office specialising in property. He joined the firm in January 2023 and is highly experienced having qualified as a solicitor in 2010. James will be managing the Swindon office.

Simon Smith, Bower Bailey senior partner, said,” I am delighted to announce that we are continuing to expand in 2023 which will mark our 38th year in Swindon It’s with great pleasure that we welcome James to our Regent Circus office. He has a wealth of experience and will be a real asset the team in Swindon. James specialises in high value and complex property transactions particularly where there is a proposed change of use such as residential development.”

James added, “I am looking forward to my new role at Bower Bailey managing the Swindon office. I’ve joined a busy firm and there are over 50 of us based in Swindon. I undertake a broad range of commercial real estate work for both corporate and individual clients, advising on acquisitions, disposals and complex land matters including major development projects and multi-occupier industrial estates and business parks.”
