Head of Communications at CDC

Cotswold District Council are hiring a Head of Communications to lead the Communications Team.

We’re looking for a strategic leader to drive a ‘communication consultancy’ approach, supporting our Administration and lead officers with impactful corporate messaging and campaigns.

This role is all about empowering our team, fostering a positive work environment, and building robust, measurable strategies that reflect the aspirations of our councillors and meet the needs of our residents.
