Purpose-led creative agency GEL Studios has appointed David Golding as its new Head of Sales and Client Success, marking a significant milestone in its history as it embarks on an ambitious five-year growth strategy.
David brings with him extensive experience in client development, most recently serving as Head of Client Development at a financial services company in Cheltenham. His appointment aligns with the agency’s mission to scale its impact while staying true to its B Corp values.

David’s focus will be on enhancing GEL Studios’ client engagement strategy and revenue growth while preserving the creative quality and collaborative spirit the agency is known for.

I’ll be working to add value to every stage of our service delivery, ensuring that the client experience remains exceptional, our results exceed expectations and our revenue growth is both consistent and sustainable,” he added.
He also shared a personal ambition for the agency’s future: “One of my goals is helping GEL Studios reach key turnover milestones and ensure we maintain a strong trajectory over the next 3-5 years. With the passionate and talented team already in place, I’m confident we’ll get there.”
