Cotswold BMW Cheltenham is currently hiring for a Parts Advisor to join the Aftersales team.
Working Hours: 42 Hours alternating two-week shift pattern with 1 in 3 Saturdays. Week 1 – 7am-4pm, Week 2 – 8:30am-5:30pm.
Salary: £28,925 starting dependent on experience.
Duties Include:
– Handling customers enquires face to face, via email and online
– Taking calls and handling customer queries
– Raising invoices
– Stock checking and replenishment
– Picking parts for delivery or collection
– Maintain updated displays at all times as per requirements
– Assist in ordering and deliver parts to technicians
