Charity Auction in Support of Aurora – Breast Cancer Wellbeing who provide holistic support and counselling services to young women with Breast Cancer diagnosis.
The Auction will open on Friday 3rd February at 10:00 and will close during the Fundraising Dinner on Friday 24th February at 21:30.
Martin Palmer is climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in February 2023, the worlds tallest free standing mountain, to raise money for Aurora Breast Cancer Wellbeing.
The opportunity has been made possible as part for the One Life ethos from Imagine Cruising, who are fully funding and supporting the trip of a lifetime for Martin, this means 100% of all donations will go to the charitable organisation.
Aurora was founded in 2015 by breast surgeon Anushka Chaudry and Specialist Breast Care Nurse Charlayne Harding, who found increasingly that there was a huge gap in the provision of local support services for young women diagnosed with breast cancer.
Aurora has aimed to provide bespoke seminars dealing with the issues above to give access to holistic therapies and counselling and more importantly to build a network of amazing women who can relate to and support each other through a very difficult time in their lives.
By providing these services alongside conventional medical treatment, Aurora’a aims are to support, nurture and repair those young women going through breast cancer and beyond. As a not-for-profit organisation, your donations and support via this online auction are so important to Aurora to help provide these services directly to the women who need them.
