Black Nova Designs take a look back at 2024 – and ahead to 2025!

We’re sharing some stats from the past 12 months of supporting hundreds of businesses and people with their emails, websites and more!
As we approach the end of 2024, we’re taking a moment to thank each of you for supporting Black Nova Designs this year. It’s been another rollercoaster of a year (will it ever be just ‘normal’?!), and we couldn’t have got through it without the trust and confidence our customers place in us.

2024 by the numbers:

Thanks to you, we’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients both new and old across our range of services. Here’s a look at some of the year’s highlights:

● 275 people called for general IT support

● 160 businesses chose us for professional 365 email accounts

● Our web design team created 38 brand-new websites

● We added 13 VPS (Virtual Private Server) customers

● Handled 164 ad-hoc website tasks

● Now manage an additional 83 domains

● Welcomed 36 website upgrade clients

● Our hosting services expanded by 45 new sites

Overall, 672 customers joined Black Nova Designs this year. That’s up from 557 last year and 475 the year before. It’s a number we’re incredibly proud of and grateful for, and while our costs are high and business certainly isn’t easy, the team has worked so hard to deliver these numbers.

THANK YOU!

As always, thank you for choosing Black Nova Designs. We would love to support and help even more people and we have plenty of availability for new projects, so whether you’re a sole trader, gamer or run a business of any size, get in touch if you need our help – and spread the word if you love what we do! We’ll be sending out an email in December to wrap up the year and look forward to continuing to support you and your business in 2025!
