We’re currently seeking a Workshop Administrator to cover maternity leave at our Bowerhill Workshop in Wiltshire.
This workshop plays a vital role in supporting Fire Stations with their Fleet and Equipment, serving areas from Salisbury to Cricklade.
As an Administrator, you’ll be instrumental in assisting the Workshop Supervisor and our HGV and Equipment Technicians to ensure seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include:
– Being the first point of contact for Workshop visitors and addressing a variety of inquiries.
– Communicating effectively with colleagues and external customers through in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and letters.
– Aiding the Workshop Supervisors in processing orders and services by liaising with suppliers and contractors.
– Supporting the financial administration of the Workshops by raising purchase orders, coding transactions in our financial system, and generating financial summary reports.
