Wiltshire home care agency relocates its Chippenham offices to Bewley House

Wiltshire home care agency Saxon Care has relocated its Chippenham operation to Bewley House, benefiting from the building’s central location and excellent transport links.

The company has taken a suite of offices on the ground floor of the west wing, from where it will coordinate its services across north and west Wiltshire. Established more than 15 years ago, Saxon Care provides one-to-one support to people of all ages, both in their homes and within the community.

“Bewley House is in such a good location, right in the heart of Chippenham,” said Debbie Kesby, Registered Manager at Saxon Care. “It’s important for us to be able to reach our clients wherever they are in Wiltshire, and Chippenham has great road and rail connections. We also have the town centre on our doorstep, with all its shops, cafés and amenities.”

Bewley House is located just a few hundred metres from Chippenham’s main line railway station. The nearby A350 and A4 provide quick access north to the M4 and northern Wiltshire, south to Melksham and beyond, west to Bath, and east to Calne and central Wiltshire. The town centre location also offers a range of attractions for employees, while the building offers the convenience and security of on-site parking.

Although Bewley House is currently fully let, one suite is expected to become available shortly, as an existing tenant is relocating to new purpose-built premises that are currently under construction.

“I’m very pleased to see another thriving business taking offices in Bewley House,” says James Gregory, Partner at Alder King. “The location is hard to beat and this probably explains why it is home to a number of successful businesses, including some big names with an international presence.”

HPH were also advised by joint letting agent Huw Thomas, Consultant at Loveday.
