Uniform Service Day – 9th September

Trowbridge Town Centre will be buzzing on 9th September! Don’t forget, team up your visit to Uniform Services Day from 11am – 4pm, with a visit to Trowbridge Weavers Market running from 10am – 4pm in Fore Street for a great selection of local traders, entertainment and food and drink. There are also lots of heritage open day events taking place in and around Trowbridge so there really is something for everyone! We have a great selection of performances and displays in our main arena at the top of the park to keep you entertained throughout the day. We are very excited to have FromeK9 Dog Training Ltd running two sessions – agility and protection display from sports dog to operational dog, showing how they build confidence and ultimate control though play. There will be weapons displays / drills from Somerset Light Infantry, a chip pan fire demo from DWFireRescue and a display from the team at Dogs for Health . We hope the weather is kind to us allowing the RLC Silver Stars Army Parachute Display Team to make a spectacular entrance!

There will be music on the stage in the lower park all day too with Wiltshire Police Band and Warminster Military Wives Choir performing throughout the day. We also have also have Westward on stage to bring the event to a close.
