The Civic Manager will lead the operational management and service delivery of the council’s civic venues, including venue hire, indoor events, conferences, performances, and private bookings.
The ideal candidate will uphold high standards of customer experience, financial oversight, building presentation, and safety. They will manage a dedicated events team, coordinate staffing, and ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety, and council policies.
