The Care Show is ready to rumble: Swindon’s biggest care event sells out

SWINDON’s The Care Show announced, ahead of their first event of 2026 on Thursday (Jan 29), they have sold out their exhibition stands and are ready to welcome care providers and attendees from across the South West.

In 2025, The Care Show Swindon debuted by welcoming both service providers and the public from across the region who were interested in care and wellbeing. Under the ownership of Hannah Edwards and Kevin Griffiths, the duo sought to bring an annual event which showcased the best services in social care and wellbeing to Swindon.

Theri first show’s exhibition space is now sold out, meaning the capacity for businesses and practitioners to showcase their brands, services or products at the event is full.

“We are absolutely thrilled to see we have completely sold out for our exhibitions,” said Hannah. “When we took on The Care Show at the end of 2025, we wanted to create an event which was a hub of activity for people to have fun and gain invaluable knowledge. There are so many ethical providers of care and wellbeing services in Swindon, Wiltshire and the South West and people need to know what is out there for them.”

Professionals from all aspects of the care industry will be arriving in Swindon for this unmissable two-day event.

“Our exhibitors come from far and wide part of the care sector, attendees can talk to financial planners, celebrants, technical professionals, and will writers as well as visiting our wellbeing area upstairs to visit our reiki practitioner, hypnotherapist, and nutritional therapist,” continued Hannah.

“For too long social care and wellbeing have been seen as second class services, when they are extremely important to us all. This sector is often hidden, but we’ve set out to create an event which brings all these options into the light.”

The Care Show will also welcome guest speakers, Para-badminton player David Follett and nutritionist and entrepreneur, Mary Marheim. Attendees can also meet their 2026 mascots from Happy Hooves Equine Ltd., two British miniature horses.

“Anyone is welcome to attend The Care Show, even our specialised animal therapy horses!” Hannah concluded. “Whether you work in the care sector, wellbeing sector or if you want to find out more about the world of social care and wellbeing in the south west, we’re excited to see you!”

The Care Show is ready to welcome attendees from 9.30am to 3pm on Thursday 29th January 2026 at the Doubletree Hilton hotel at Junction 16 and the headline sponsor for this show is SWITCH (Swindon and Wiltshire Innovative Technology Care Hub).

The Care Show Swindon is the South West’s Premier Health & Social Care Expo. Care industry professionals, suppliers, and service providers gather to share their insights and expertise at their all-day event. The show brings information and knowledge to businesses and members of the public.
