Sustain Farm Shop is looking for an experienced butcher to join our team!
We’re looking for someone confident with:
– Carcass breakdown
– Boning & trimming
– Portioning & production butchery
Experience with beef and pork is essential, with lamb and poultry experience a bonus.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, understands food safety and can work independently to a high standard.
