Shreeve Care Services, founded by care expert Janet Shreeve, is celebrating its second anniversary, marking two years of commitment to providing exceptional care and support to clients across the healthcare sector.Since its, the company has rapidly established itself as a trusted partner for local authorities, healthcare businesses, and care providers, offering a wide range of services from bid writing to CQC (Care Quality Commission) assistance.
Janet Shreeve, a care professional with a passion for making a difference in the care industry, founded Shreeve Care Services at a time when most people would be thinking about retirement.
However, her vision was clear – to use her extensive experience to support those in the care sector, ensuring they deliver the highest quality of care possible.
“These past two years have been an incredible journey,” says Janet, who lives in Devizes.
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing clients like Bosun Care, Silverstars Care, and yourcarebristol. The relationships we’ve built go beyond business; they’re partnerships grounded in a shared commitment to making a real difference in people’s lives.”
One of the key strengths of Shreeve Care Services is its ability to offer a diverse range of services.
“Whether it’s giving advice, writing bids, or helping clients navigate the complexities of CQC regulations, every day brings something new,” Janet continues. “It’s this variety that keeps the work exciting and fulfilling.”
Over the past two years, Janet has also cultivated many strong relationships within the business community, joining networking groups that have introduced her to invaluable collaborators.
“I’ve met so many supportive and inspiring people along the way,” she says. “Scott Media, No Name Extra Brain, Jolene Williams-Pears from Outstanding Compliance and Elaine Hollerhead from Designate Design Consultancy have been particularly instrumental in our success. Their support has meant the world to me.”
During the last 24 months, Janet has been joined by bid-writing specialist Julie Prowse, who has become an integral part of the business.
“Julie has been a both a friend and a constant support around my business and I am extremely grateful for everything she does. She is an amazing lady,” Janet said.
As Shreeve Care Services looks to the future, Janet is excited about what’s to come.
“We’ve got some big plans in the works, and I’m eager to continue growing and evolving alongside our clients. One thing I’m working on is to provide wellness retreats for carers in Italy. The journey is far from over, and I can’t wait to see where it takes us next.”
