Public voting opens as GEL Studios reveals shortlist for ‘Win a Creative Solution’ competition

Purpose-led creative agency GEL Studios has unveiled the shortlist for its Win a Creative Solution competition, offering three bespoke creative solutions to local charities and not-for-profits in the SN postcode area.

Public voting is now open, giving the community the chance to decide which organisations will receive pro-bono creative support in 2026. Votes can be cast by visiting GEL studios website: www.gelstudios.co.uk/win-a-creative-solution

The three winning organisations will each receive a tailored creative solution, designed to meet their unique needs, from brand identity refreshes and website redesigns to marketing campaigns that increase reach and impact. Projects will be developed and delivered throughout 2026.

Shortlisted organisations include:

  • The Harbour Project – Supporting asylum seekers and refugees in Swindon, aiming to reshape public perception, challenge stereotypes, and celebrate the achievements of the people they assist.
  • Big Breakfast Plus – Serving up to 120 free breakfasts each morning. A refreshed website would help them reach more people, strengthen engagement with supporters and funders, and continue their essential work.
  • The Roxi Foundation – Supporting families of neurodivergent children across Swindon and Wiltshire. A redesigned website would make resources, funding guidance, and inspiring stories more accessible.
  • Inspire Enrichment – A not-for-profit delivering participant-led sessions. Support would help establish a clear identity, including a website, logo, and campaigns to share their work widely.
  • Teamability – A Community Interest Company advancing accessibility and inclusion through school assemblies, workshops, and team-building events. A creative solution would boost visibility, expand programmes, and reach more partners.
Torn Curtain – A community poetry nonprofit fostering connection and creativity. Support would strengthen their brand, allowing them to focus on storytelling and community engagement.
  • The Kelly Foundation – providing practical support, counselling, life coaching, advocacy and signposting for adults in Swindon experiencing mental health challenges.
  • Friends of Beechcroft School – raising funds for Beechcroft School through events and activities across the year and supports families in the wider community.

Voting runs from 1st–12th December 2025 via GEL Studios’ dedicated competition webpage with the three winners announced on Friday, 12th December 2025. The more votes an organisation receives, the faster its creative solution will be developed in 2026.

Graeme Leighfield, Founder of GEL Studios, said:

“Inspiring change through creativity has always been at the heart of everything we do at GEL Studios. Since 2024, we’ve had the privilege of supporting 35 local good causes, reaching over 380,000 people in our community. We’re thrilled to see such a diverse range of entries this year and humbled by the incredible work happening locally.

Our team are proud to be donating three bespoke creative solutions once again. By leaving the decision to the public, we’re making sure the organisations the community feels need support are the ones who benefit.”
