International communication expert takes the stage at Leadership Live

International communication and influence expert and author Jose Ucar has been confirmed as a speaker at Leadership Live 2025.

Leadership Live is an annual event that welcomes all, especially aspiring managers and leaders as well as those who are already senior leaders or responsible for developing and driving people.

The full-day event in London involves networking, inspiration, and practical insights from industry trailblazers. They offer a range of interactive workshops and keynote speakers.

Jose’s talk ‘Speak with Impact and Create Change’  will reveal strategies to help leaders speak with impact through the power of simplicity.

The session will teach participants practical tools that they can use to refine their message, engage their audience and become role models of clear, confident and compelling communication.

“Speaking at this event gives me the opportunity to help others lead by example, foster high-performing teams, and create lasting impact—because when we speak with clarity and intention, we don’t just inform, we inspire and transform.” said Jose, who has travelled all over the world and lived in many countries from the age of 16.

Jose is known internationally for his work as a communication coach, TEDx speaker, and author. He regularly contributes to notable publications including Yahoo Finance, Disrupt Magazine, and LA Weekly. His methodology focuses on three essential pillars: building trust, adaptive communication, and global leadership, which he uses to empower individuals and organisations to connect across borders and cultures with confidence.

Based in London, Jose works with leaders and teams globally across industries, offering specialised support to businesses navigating the challenges of international and multicultural operations. His unique approach has helped countless organisations enhance their communication, foster trust, and unlock leadership potential in complex environments.

The event sets out to allow people to connect with a wider network, expand their thinking, and elevate leadership practice.

Karen Usmani, Event Manager for Leadership Live 2025 commented on having Jose at their annual event.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Jose Ucar to Leadership Live 2025. His workshop on speaking with impact and creating change aligns perfectly with the heart of this event. Leadership is as much about communication as it is about vision, and José’s dynamic approach empowers leaders to truly connect, inspire, and drive meaningful action.”

For Jose, this appearance at Leadership Live is an opportunity to inspire a diverse audience and connect with individuals seeking to enhance their communication and leadership skills.

The event will take place on Tuesday 24th June at Hilton, London Wembley.
